About the Opportunity
A well-established organization operating in a fast-paced distribution environment is looking for a highly organized Dispatcher / Order Coordinator to support daily logistics operations. You’ll be at the centre of the action, coordinating orders, assigning drivers and helping ensure deliveries move accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with drivers, warehouse staff and internal teams, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly as priorities shift throughout the day. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys a high-volume environment, communicates confidently and can balance multiple competing demands.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll assign drivers to orders and coordinate daily dispatch activities
• You’ll prioritize orders and adjust assignments as operational needs change
• You’ll maintain accurate order, dispatch and driver information
• You’ll communicate with drivers, warehouse staff and internal teams to keep deliveries moving
• You’ll troubleshoot scheduling, dispatch and order-related issues as they arise
• You’ll support shipping and logistics documentation, ensuring information is complete and accurate
• You’ll use internal systems, including SAP where applicable, to support order and logistics activities
Skills and Qualifications
• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, distribution, order coordination or a related operations role
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Distribution centre, 3PL, CPG, food, beverage, grocery or manufacturing experience is a strong asset
• Strong organizational, prioritization and attention-to-detail skills
• Clear and confident written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while working independently and collaboratively
• SAP experience is an asset, SAP S/4HANA experience is not required
Work Environment & PPE
This role is 100% on-site in a distribution centre. Full PPE is required in designated areas, including a safety vest, safety glasses and steel-toe footwear. Eligible PPE expenses are reimbursed up to $100 every 12 months.
