About the Opportunity
This is an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to join a public sector organization in a role that combines strategy, creativity, analytics, and people leadership. As Manager, Marketing, you’ll shape and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, engage Canadian businesses and international audiences, and generate qualified opportunities that support organizational growth.
Reporting to a senior communications and marketing leader, you’ll guide a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization. Your work will span brand management, demand generation, content, digital marketing, and marketing operations, giving you the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll develop and execute the annual marketing strategy, operational plan, and budget, aligning investments with business priorities and growth targets
• You’ll lead brand positioning, thought leadership, executive visibility, content, events, and strategic partnership initiatives
• You’ll oversee integrated demand generation across digital, email, social, search, advertising, content, and event channels
• You’ll lead audience segmentation, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and performance measurement to improve conversion and pipeline contribution
• You’ll optimize digital platforms, customer experiences, marketing technologies, processes, and governance using data-driven insights
• You’ll coach and develop your team, prioritize resources, and foster a positive, high-performing culture
Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of marketing operations experience, including at least 5 years in a management role
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a master’s degree considered an asset
• Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex marketing and performance data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives from planning through execution
• Collaborative leadership style with strong stakeholder management, influencing, vendor management, and team development capabilities
