Life Sciences Subject Matter Expert – Remote Contract

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Life Sciences professionals for a fully remote project where you will apply your subject matter expertise, analytical skills, and professional judgment to specialized project work.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong academic or industry experience who are interested in applying their expertise in a flexible, project-based environment.

Work can be completed throughout the week, allowing you to manage your own schedule while meeting project requirements and deadlines.

What You'll Do

Depending on your area of expertise, you may:

• Review and evaluate complex scientific or technical information
• Apply subject matter expertise to specialized assignments
• Assess information for accuracy, relevance, and quality
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or areas requiring improvement
• Analyze scientific concepts, research, or technical materials
• Provide clear, well-reasoned written responses
• Follow detailed project guidelines and quality standards
• Complete work independently while managing your own schedule

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who bring:

• A master's degree or PhD in Biology or a directly related field, including molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, immunology, neuroscience, biochemistry, bioinformatics, or computational biology
• At least three years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or academic research laboratory setting
• Current PhD candidates in a related field may also be considered
• Strong subject matter knowledge within their area of specialization
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Strong written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to evaluate complex information independently
• Comfort working in a remote, self-directed environment
