About the Opportunity
Altis Recruitment is seeking a Receptionist & Office Administrator to join a fast-paced, high-growth Canadian food and beverage manufacturer. This front-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, connecting with people, and creating a welcoming, organized workplace.

You’ll work closely with Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, leadership, and operations teams, supporting everything from day-to-day administration to employee events and communications. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage front desk operations, welcome visitors, respond to inquiries, and coordinate visitor access.
• You’ll support purchase orders, expenses, office supplies, inventory, couriers, and confidential documentation.
• You’ll coordinate employee and corporate events, including vendors, logistics, materials, budgets, attendance, and feedback.
• You’ll create internal communications using newsletters, SharePoint, digital screens, Teams channels, presentations, and social media.
• You’ll contribute to employee engagement, social committee activities, community initiatives, DEI programs, and ESG efforts.
• You’ll coordinate branded merchandise and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, community partners, and industry associations.

Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ year of office administration or front desk experience. New graduates with relevant education and practical exposure are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exposure to Canva, Mailchimp, SharePoint, iLobby, or similar communication and design tools is an asset.
• Education or experience in administration, events, communications, marketing, public relations, or a related area is an asset.
• Strong organization and initiative, with the ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
• Experience supporting events, vendors, internal communications, social media, or community initiatives is an asset.
