Bilingual Proposals Administrator

Location: Toronto, ON, Hybrid, 3 days on-site per week
Language: Fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages
Duration: 6-month contract
Compensation: $30-33 per hour

About the Opportunity

Altis Recruitment is partnering with a leading global engineering and professional services organization to hire a Bilingual Proposals Administrator. This is a great opportunity for an organized, analytical professional who enjoys research, technology and connecting information with the right people.

You’ll work closely with administrative and marketing teams, supporting opportunities across areas such as infrastructure, buildings, transit, property, energy and digital services. You’ll play an important role at the front end of the bid process, helping teams identify opportunities and keeping information organized and moving efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll monitor procurement platforms and incoming notifications to identify relevant business opportunities.
• You’ll research opportunities, review bid documentation and determine which internal stakeholders should be involved.
• You’ll upload and organize RFP, RFQ, EOI and other bid documentation within internal systems.
• You’ll track key dates, deadlines, updates and reminders to keep opportunities moving forward.
• You’ll communicate information to market leaders, Project Directors, Project Managers and other stakeholders.
• You’ll maintain accurate opportunity information within CRM and automated workflow systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in proposals, marketing, research, business development support, administration or a related environment.
• Post-secondary education, with demonstrated analytical and research capabilities.
• Full professional fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed information and multiple priorities.
• CRM experience and confidence learning new technology and systems.
• Experience with MERX, Ariba, Biddingo, Bids & Tenders or similar procurement platforms is an asset, not a requirement.
• An approachable, collaborative mindset and an interest in marketing and business opportunities.
