About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support a busy Talent Acquisition team and help keep the hiring process moving smoothly from initial application through interview coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and creating a positive experience for candidates.
You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers across the organization, supporting day-to-day recruitment activities while ensuring candidates receive timely, professional communication. Your attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities will make a meaningful difference to both the team and the people moving through the hiring process.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll review and screen resumes against established job requirements and qualification criteria.
• You’ll conduct preliminary phone screens to assess candidate experience, qualifications, and interest.
• You’ll coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• You’ll maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records within the applicant tracking system.
• You’ll prepare interview confirmations and other candidate communications to support a professional candidate experience.
• You’ll provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and assist with additional recruitment activities as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
• Previous recruitment coordination experience, including resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and people-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
