Your Responsibilities
- You’ll prepare and assemble documentation packages to support purchase, sales, and financing processes.
- In this role, you’ll manage paperwork related to registrations, leases, and title transfers with a high level of accuracy.
- You’ll complete data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and internal databases.
- You’ll use Excel spreadsheets to organize information, track details, and generate basic reports.
- You’ll support general administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
- You’ll collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth communication and daily operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Post-secondary education is mandatory
- Previous mailroom or document-handling experience is considered a strong asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong attention to detail and a highly organized approach to work
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team priorities
- Clear communication skills and a dependable, professional work style
