This is a hands-on opportunity to lead projects spanning HVAC and building controls, electrical work, instructional spaces, and facility improvements. With approximately 430 project management hours anticipated across the initial portfolio, you’ll bring structure, sound judgment, and proactive communication to projects from planning through commissioning and operational transition.
What’s In It for You
• Work on a varied portfolio of facilities and infrastructure projects with tangible operational impact
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, technical experts, contractors, and organizational leaders
• Enjoy a hybrid working arrangement with flexibility based on project needs
• Bring your expertise to an environment that values practical solutions, transparency, and continuous improvement
Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead construction and infrastructure projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, transition, and close-out.
• You’ll manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, changes, and documentation.
• You’ll coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and operational stakeholders.
• You’ll support competitive procurement, scopes of work, vendor selection, contracting, and contractor performance management.
• You’ll oversee change control and assess impacts to scope, schedule, budget, operations, and stakeholders.
• You’ll provide clear reporting, facilitate project meetings, and escalate emerging risks and decisions early.

• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, technical reports, estimates, schedules, and contractor submissions
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety, building code, permitting, accessibility, environmental, and regulatory considerations
