Your Responsibilities
• You’ll analyze financial data and KPIs, identifying trends and supporting performance and risk assessments
• You’ll administer business incentive and performance programs, including calculations, results and reporting
• You’ll develop and enhance dashboards, reporting solutions and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI and emerging AI capabilities
• You’ll review financial, operational and compliance information related to prospective and existing business partners
• You’ll support monitoring activities, policy reviews and documentation across a national partner network
• You’ll identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline workflows and improve business processes
Skills and Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, reporting or operations support
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills and expert-level PowerPoint capabilities
• Experience with Power BI, dashboard development and business intelligence tools
• Strong financial and KPI analysis skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor insights to different audiences
• Proactive, organized and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
