About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale technology initiative within the public sector healthcare space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex business challenges into clear requirements, practical processes and technology solutions that make a meaningful impact.

You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, technical teams and healthcare stakeholders to assess needs, improve processes and support system development. Your experience with rules engines, business process automation and healthcare environments will be particularly important as you help guide solutions from requirements through testing and implementation.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead business analysis activities, assessing business problems and opportunities and translating them into clear requirements.
• You’ll develop business and use case models, process and data flows, conceptual and logical data models, business rules and non-functional requirements.
• You’ll document requirements for rules automation, workflow management and business process automation solutions.
• You’ll apply process transformation and re-engineering concepts to identify practical, cost-effective improvements.
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders throughout Agile delivery, adapting analysis and documentation to each project phase.
• You’ll contribute to QA, system and user acceptance testing strategies, plans, scenarios and test cases.
• You’ll support stakeholder engagement, training and communications for large system implementations.

Skills and Qualifications
• Significant progressive business analysis experience supporting complex systems development and transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience with rules engines, business rules automation, workflow management or business process automation platforms.
• Strong experience developing use cases, process flows, data models, business rules, test cases and non-functional requirements.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects using Agile development methodologies.
• Healthcare or clinical experience, including knowledge of privacy and security requirements for software development.
• Experience with claims adjudication or pharmaceutical environments is highly valued.
• Strong written and verbal communication, consulting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
