You’ll work alongside another Office Manager, sharing responsibilities across facilities, fleet administration, employee support, IT coordination, vendors, and workplace initiatives. What’s In It for You
Join a welcoming team where collaboration and a positive attitude matter. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of office operations, learn directly from an experienced Office Manager, and have opportunities to take on new responsibilities as you grow. Training is available for many of the role’s processes and system.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support facility operations, including vendors, maintenance, renovations, supplies, and general workplace readiness.
• You’ll coordinate fleet administration, including employee vehicle setup, insurance information, assignments, maintenance, fuel cards, rentals, and related documentation.
• You’ll assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including coordinating computers, headsets, mobile devices, and other workplace equipment.
• You’ll provide administrative and project support to the Office Manager and Country Director.
• You’ll pitch in with travel and expense processes, purchasing, invoices, workplace events, and other operational priorities as needed.
• You’ll collaborate with vendors, employees, HR, Finance, Purchasing, IT, and other internal partners.

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of office management, office coordination/management, or similar experience in a corporate office environment.
• A proactive, go-getter mindset with a genuine willingness to jump in, learn, and wear multiple hats.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage changing priorities without losing sight of details.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, collaborative approach.
• Comfort coordinating with employees, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with facilities, fleet, administrative, or workplace operations is an asset.
• Familiarity with SAP or Concur is an asset.
