About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Planview professional to help strengthen and optimize a critical portfolio management environment. You’ll support the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and evolution of Planview, helping ensure the platform continues to meet changing business and delivery needs.
Working alongside the Lead Planview Administrator and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll bring a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to system improvements, user support, and platform performance. Your work will directly contribute to more effective project and portfolio management practices across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Planview Portfolio Management platform.
• You’ll configure and maintain system components, including Lifecycle Models, Configured Screens, Scripted Dialogs, and Job Streams.
• You’ll implement workflow updates and other system improvements that enhance delivery operations.
• You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, respond to user inquiries, and help maintain platform and data integrity.
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to align Planview functionality with business processes and portfolio management best practices.
• You’ll monitor system usage and performance, identifying opportunities for enhancements and new features.
• You’ll stay current with Planview developments and proactively recommend improvements to tools and ways of working.
Skills and Qualifications
• 4+ years of relevant experience, including hands-on Planview administration and configuration.
• Strong proficiency with Planview modules, including Portfolios, ICP, Strategy, ProjectPlace, and AgilePlace.
• Experience configuring complex Planview workflows and system components.
• Exposure to data integration and reporting tools such as Power BI is considered an asset.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills across multiple levels of an organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
