• You’ll explain processes clearly, including RESP inquiries, transfers, password resets, and other account-related questions.
• You’ll manage urgent or challenging conversations with empathy, patience, and confidence.
• You’ll communicate seamlessly in French and English based on the needs of each caller.
• You’ll follow established procedures while ensuring advisors understand next steps and feel supported.

Skills and Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience in a call centre, banking, retail, or other high-volume service environment.
• Advanced bilingual French and English communication skills, B2 advanced or C1 French proficiency, with the ability to switch comfortably between both languages.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree is required.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain detailed processes in an easy-to-understand way.
• Demonstrated ability to de-escalate difficult situations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Availability to work 37.5 hours per week within operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
