About the Opportunity
If you’re a confident communicator who enjoys helping people find solutions, this is an opportunity to build valuable experience within the financial services industry. In this role, you’ll primarily handle inbound calls from financial advisors who need support with RESP questions, transfer updates, password resets, and other process-related inquiries. You’ll receive training on the technical side, but your ability to listen carefully, explain information clearly, and handle challenging conversations with confidence will set you apart.

What’s In It for You
You’ll earn $27 to $33 per hour while gaining hands-on exposure to financial services in a collaborative hybrid environment. You’ll receive structured training and have opportunities to strengthen your communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills while working closely with a supportive team.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll respond to inbound calls and provide timely, professional support to financial advisors.
• You’ll answer questions related to RESPs, transfers, password resets, and established processes.
• You’ll explain detailed information in a clear, approachable way so advisors understand their next steps.
• You’ll navigate urgent or challenging conversations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• You’ll switch confidently between French and English based on each caller’s needs.

Skills and Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience in banking, a call centre, retail, or another high-volume customer-facing environment.
• Advanced bilingual French and English skills, B2 advanced or C1 French proficiency, with strong spoken and written communication.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree is required.
• Strong active listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage difficult customer situations and communicate processes clearly.
• Availability to work 37.5 hours per week within operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
