About the Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a large healthcare organization undergoing a transformative technology program. You’ll oversee multiple complex, interconnected projects and help ensure they move forward on time, within scope and budget, while supporting broader program objectives.

Reporting to a Program Director, you’ll work alongside other Project Managers, senior leaders, technical teams and project teams of approximately 5–10 people. This is an opportunity to bring strong formal project management expertise to a highly collaborative environment where your ability to connect people, priorities and dependencies will have a meaningful impact.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead multiple complex projects simultaneously through initiation, planning, execution and closure, including projects with budgets of $3M+.
• You’ll develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, Gantt charts, resource plans, budgets and reporting.
• You’ll coordinate dependencies across projects and parallel initiatives to maintain alignment with overall program objectives.
• You’ll manage scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• You’ll use strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills to build alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
• You’ll prepare and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, requirements documentation and project updates.

Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience directly managing large, complex projects, with exceptional knowledge of formal project management methodologies, processes and documentation.
• PMP designation or a Master’s Certificate in Project Management is required.
• Healthcare IT experience and experience delivering projects across diverse technologies are strongly preferred.
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud storage and network architecture is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Epic systems infrastructure and network infrastructure builds is considered an asset.
• Experience managing interdependent projects within a larger program and using Smartsheet is an asset.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
