About the Opportunity
This is a hands-on opportunity for an IT support professional who enjoys solving problems, helping people and keeping technology running smoothly. You’ll provide first and second level technical support within a public sector court environment, responding to users by phone, email and in person.
Working closely with end users, business stakeholders and IT colleagues, you’ll troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues, support access and security needs, and help ensure employees can use their technology effectively. This fully on-site role is well suited to someone who is responsive, service-oriented and comfortable balancing multiple support requests.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll respond to help desk requests by phone, email and in person, providing initial troubleshooting and escalating issues when required.
• You’ll resolve hardware issues involving PCs, laptops, smartphones, printers, multifunction devices and peripherals.
• You’ll troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, email, Teams and internal applications.
• You’ll provide desktop hardware and application support while keeping users informed of outages or service disruptions.
• You’ll support security administration, including user permissions, account access and resource maintenance.
• You’ll maintain hardware and software inventories and assist with IT asset disposal.
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ year of related IT experience with a relevant degree or diploma, or 2+ years with a related certificate or program completion.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Help Desk environment.
• Experience providing customer support in an IT environment and helping end users understand hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, email and Teams.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively on-site and successfully complete enhanced security screening.
