About the Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced SAP NetWeaver Administrator to join the Platform Engineering team of a Canadian financial services organization. In this newly created role, you’ll help maintain reliable, high-performing SAP environments while supporting complex technical infrastructure and cloud-based systems.

You’ll collaborate closely with technical teams to coordinate system changes, resolve conflicts and keep critical platforms running smoothly. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on administration with problem-solving, technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll administer and tune SAP platforms to maintain expected availability and performance levels
• You’ll install, maintain and support complex technical infrastructure, hardware and system software components
• You’ll coordinate with multiple teams on upcoming changes, helping identify and resolve scheduling or implementation conflicts
• You’ll maintain accurate system support documentation following upgrades, redesigns and other technical changes
• You’ll manage scheduling activities and help ensure day-to-day operational requirements are completed
• You’ll perform root cause analysis following service interruptions and develop preventive measures for complex projects
• You’ll support rollout implementations, provide technical direction to team members and participate in an on-call rotation

Skills and Qualifications
• Demonstrated SAP administration experience within complex enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA administration
• Strong experience with SAP NetWeaver system administration
• Experience maintaining SAP environments in public cloud infrastructure
• Experience with scheduling tools and managing day-to-day operational activities
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager tools and functionality
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation and cross-functional communication skills
