About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Traffic Manager to join the global brand operations team of a leading consumer brand. You’ll bring structure and visibility to a fast-moving creative environment, helping teams prioritize work, manage capacity, and deliver high-quality creative projects effectively.
Working closely with Creative Directors, Studio Leads, Project Managers, and senior operations leaders, you’ll be a key connector between creative services, creative teams, and business partners. Your ability to ask thoughtful questions, anticipate challenges, and balance competing priorities will help creative teams stay focused on doing their best work.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage the day-to-day flow, prioritization, scheduling, and intake of creative work across assigned studios.
• You’ll vet briefs, clarify scope and requirements, protect creative capacity, and ensure teams have the information and approvals needed to deliver.
• You’ll maintain visibility into workloads, timelines, contractor hours, costs, capacity, dependencies, and upcoming demand.
• You’ll partner with creative and project leaders to resolve resource conflicts, manage trade-offs, and establish clear intake and prioritization frameworks.
• You’ll build creative calendars and workflow plans while proactively identifying delivery risks and resource constraints.
• You’ll maintain accurate workflow and capacity information in Monday.com and help train and connect users across teams.
• You’ll identify opportunities to improve studio workflows, tools, processes, resource planning, and global-to-regional visibility.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in creative operations, traffic management, studio management, production, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing creative workflows, schedules, capacity, budgets, contracted resources, and competing priorities across multiple teams.
• Practical knowledge of creative production, including the ability to translate creative requirements into time-estimated tasks.
• Experience working across disciplines such as design, art direction, photography, video, digital, or content production.
• Hands-on experience with Monday.com or a comparable workflow or project management platform.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A solutions-oriented approach with the ability to influence stakeholders, anticipate risks, improve processes, and deliver training in a fast-paced environment.
