Job Description

Location: Stevensville, Ontario, 100% on-site
Language: Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Duration: Contract through the end of November 2026, with potential for permanent hire

About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to support a busy pre-construction residential sales site. In this customer-facing role, you’ll help create a welcoming, professional experience for prospective purchasers while keeping day-to-day sales administration organized and moving forward.

You’ll work closely with a Sales Representative and Sales Manager while taking ownership of on-site administrative activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes initiative, and wants to build experience within the residential real estate industry.

What’s In It for You
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the pre-construction sales process while working alongside experienced sales professionals. This contract offers consistent Sunday-to-Thursday hours, approximately 12:00 PM to 6:00 or 7:00 PM, plus the potential to transition into a permanent opportunity.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide reliable day-to-day administrative support for a residential sales site.
• You’ll welcome prospective purchasers, respond to inquiries, and help create a positive customer experience.
• You’ll prepare and maintain sales documentation, including drafting amendments to agreements of purchase and sale.
• You’ll coordinate general office and site administration, keeping documentation accurate and organized.
• You’ll support sales activities and follow up on administrative requirements as needed.
• You’ll independently prioritize tasks and keep the site running smoothly with minimal direction.

Skills and Qualifications
• 1 to 2 years of customer-facing administrative experience, ideally within residential pre-construction or real estate.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional, approachable communication style.
• Experience drafting amendments to agreements of purchase and sale is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, particularly when handling documentation.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• A dependable, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Relevant post-secondary education is considered an asset.
