Project Manager

About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to support three concurrent technology initiatives focused on strengthening enterprise security, communications, and remote-access capabilities. You’ll help move each project from planning through implementation, ensuring teams stay aligned, risks are managed, and solutions transition successfully into production.

Working closely with technical teams, vendors, operational stakeholders, and sustainment groups, you’ll bring structure and momentum to a diverse portfolio of projects. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, building strong relationships, and helping complex technology initiatives move forward with clarity and accountability.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll establish and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• You’ll coordinate cross-functional technical and operational teams to keep project activities aligned and progressing.
• You’ll provide timely status reporting, identify emerging issues, and escalate risks when required.
• You’ll lead planning, change management, issue resolution, and vendor coordination for the implementation of an enterprise bulk email platform.
• You’ll support pilot activities, client migrations, policy development, and the transition of new technology solutions into production.
• You’ll help establish sustainment models, ensuring operational teams are prepared to support solutions after implementation.
• You’ll maintain clear, complete project and operational documentation throughout each initiative.

Skills and Qualifications
• Demonstrated project management experience delivering multiple concurrent enterprise technology or IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong experience developing project plans and managing milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams, operational stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Knowledge of technology implementation lifecycles, including planning, pilots, production deployment, and operational sustainment.
• Experience supporting change management, policy and process development, and documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exposure to cybersecurity, firewall, VPN, remote-access, or enterprise communications projects is considered an asset.
