  • You’ll coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements as required

  • You’ll maintain organized electronic and physical records, confidential files, and executive information

  • You’ll support expense and invoice processing, requisitions, and other financial administrative activities

  • You’ll provide administrative support to committees and senior leadership meetings, including Audit and Risk-related activities

  • You’ll assist with departmental projects, research, events, purchasing, and other priorities as required

  • Strong experience preparing professional correspondence, presentations, reports, agendas, and accurate meeting minutes

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally at the executive level

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities

  • Strong judgment, tact, and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information

  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to anticipate needs, identify solutions, and work with a high degree of independence
