Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support commercial lease administration, including leases, renewals, amendments, rent rolls, critical dates, tenant correspondence, and property records.

• You’ll communicate with tenants, contractors, lawyers, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring outstanding items are followed through to completion.
• You’ll coordinate property services, including obtaining quotations and arranging repairs, maintenance, snow removal, and other building services.
• You’ll maintain schedules, electronic filing systems, Google Drive records, corporate documents, correspondence, and general office requirements.
• You’ll process accounts payable and receivable transactions, maintain supporting records, and assist with routine bookkeeping and rent-related financial matters.
• You’ll enter and maintain accounting information and supporting documentation in QuickBooks.

Skills and Qualifications
• Previous experience in commercial real estate, property management, or lease administration is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial leases, renewals, tenant coordination, rent rolls, and ongoing lease administration.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Gmail.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent accuracy, attention to detail, discretion, and follow-through.
