About the Opportunity
Join a professional association as a Member Services Coordinator, where you’ll be an important point of connection for members and customers. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, answering questions and creating a positive service experience.
Working closely with the Member Services team, you’ll support day-to-day inquiries, transactions, member records and reception coverage. Your work will contribute directly to member engagement and retention, while keeping essential administrative processes running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll respond to member and customer inquiries by phone and other channels, providing timely, professional service.
• You’ll process membership applications, registrations, product orders and other daily transactions.
• You’ll update member records, complete data entry and help maintain accurate database information.
• You’ll conduct outreach to members to share information and support engagement or retention initiatives.
• You’ll organize, file and digitize documents to keep records accurate and accessible.
• You’ll provide reception coverage as needed, welcoming visitors and supporting front-office needs.
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience
• High school education required. Post-secondary education, particularly in Business Administration, is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a reliable, professional and service-focused approach.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with data entry, databases and record processing. Membership processing and accounting exposure are assets.
• Working knowledge of iMIS is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, flexibility, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
