  • You’ll identify and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders required to complete each PIA.
  • You’ll organize meetings, interviews, working sessions, and follow-ups with business and technical teams.
  • You’ll review significant volumes of business, process, system, and technology documentation.
  • You’ll assess how personal information is collected, used, stored, shared, retained, and protected.
  • You’ll identify privacy risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • You’ll document findings in an IT automated system and ensure PIA requirements and deliverables are completed thoroughly.
  • You’ll work independently to manage the remainder of each PIA once the appropriate stakeholders and information have been identified.
  • You’ll collaborate with the broader Privacy team and support the continued implementation of the enterprise privacy program.
  • You’ll provide guidance on privacy considerations associated with new processes, technologies, and business initiatives.
  • You’ll identify where emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, need to be considered as part of a PIA.
  • You’ll assess how AI-enabled tools collect, process, use, and potentially retain personal information.
  • You’ll support PIAs involving automated decision-making, AI-enabled systems, and technology-driven business processes.
