About the Opportunity
Join a collaborative Learning and Development team within a public sector organization, where you’ll help create a smooth and welcoming learning experience for employees. This role combines HR administration, training coordination and onboarding support, giving you exposure to a variety of people-focused initiatives.
You’ll work closely with the broader HR and Learning teams to keep programs organized, respond to employee needs and support day-to-day learning activities. The team values someone who takes initiative, asks thoughtful questions and can confidently find solutions while maintaining a strong focus on quality.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage the learning inbox, responding to employee questions and coordinating training requests.
• You’ll support training administration, including registrations, attendance confirmations, calendars, materials and learner communications.
• You’ll coordinate corporate onboarding sessions, from sending invitations and preparing materials to welcoming new employees.
• You’ll maintain learning records and complete administrative activities within SuccessFactors Learning.
• You’ll connect with training vendors and help coordinate logistics for learning sessions and events.
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ year of Human Resources experience.
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred, particularly exposure to learning or training administration.
• Strong administrative, organizational and customer service skills, with experience working in an office environment considered an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and confidence learning new systems and technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive, resourceful approach and willingness to ask questions, take initiative and collaborate with others.
