About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale digital health transformation within the public healthcare sector. This is an opportunity to lead complex clinical technology initiatives that help improve how healthcare teams access information, collaborate and deliver services.

You’ll work closely with clinical leaders, technology teams and other key stakeholders to implement healthcare information systems in an acute-care environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and people sides of healthcare transformation and can confidently guide large, multi-stream projects from planning through implementation.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead complex healthcare IT implementations within clinical and acute-care environments.
• You’ll oversee the implementation and upgrade of Altera Sunrise solutions, coordinating closely with clinical resources and leadership.
• You’ll lead or coordinate HL7 integration testing across healthcare information systems.
• You’ll manage senior clinical stakeholders and large, multi-stream project teams.
• You’ll support provincial-scale implementations, including the development of operational and clinical requirements for standardized services.
• You’ll monitor project progress, report to senior clinical management and help ensure software solutions are implemented safely in clinical settings.

Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of Project Management experience implementing IT projects within healthcare environments.
• 5+ years of experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite in an acute-care environment.
• 5+ years of experience testing or coordinating healthcare system integrations using HL7.
• 5+ years of experience leading provincial or state-wide healthcare information system implementations.
• 5+ years of experience implementing large healthcare solutions and managing senior clinical stakeholders and multi-stream teams.
• Valid PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner certification is required.
• Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification is required.
