Your Responsibilities
• You’ll promote loan and protection products while identifying solutions that meet customers’ financial needs.
• You’ll manage the end-to-end sales process, supporting customers both in person and virtually from application through closing.
• You’ll build trusted customer relationships by providing responsive, knowledgeable and personalized service.
• You’ll contribute toward individual and team sales goals in a performance-focused environment.
• You’ll complete credit assessments, process payments and support the management of overdue accounts.

Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience across either sales, customer service, hospitality or retail or similar.
• High school diploma required, with post-secondary education in finance, sales or business considered an asset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first approach.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and contributing toward performance targets.
• Ability to understand customer needs, build trust and recommend appropriate solutions.
• For bilingual positions, strong written and spoken English and French skills are required to support customers across Canada.
