Client Services Representative 

Location: Yarmouth, NS, fully on-site, five days per week 
Language: Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English 
Schedule: 37.5–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with mandatory availability until 7:00 p.m. on Thursdays 
Compensation: $20.05 per hour 
Background Check Requirement: Criminal background check, credit check and employment verification required

We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Client Services Representative to join an established financial services organization. No previous banking, lending or financial experience is required! If you bring at least one year of customer-facing experience, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, you'll receive the training and support needed to succeed.

Your Responsibilities 
• You'll create a welcoming, positive experience for customers, helping them feel comfortable and supported 
• You'll build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions and understanding customer needs 
• You'll learn to explain financial products and services clearly, helping customers explore suitable solutions 
• You'll support customer applications, documentation and follow-up activities with accuracy and care 
• You'll contribute to team goals while delivering thoughtful, solutions-focused service 
• You'll participate in training and coaching to continuously develop your confidence, knowledge and skills 

Skills and Qualifications 
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, telecommunications, automotive services, sales or customer service 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in helping people 
• Enthusiasm for starting or growing a career in banking or financial services, with no previous industry experience required 
• A positive, motivated attitude, eagerness to learn and openness to feedback and coaching 
• Confidence using computer systems, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly 
• Comfort working toward goals, identifying customer needs and recommending solutions 
• Availability to work fully on-site, including Thursdays until 7:00 p.m., daily access to reliable transportation and legal authorization to work in Canada
