About the Opportunity
We’re hiring a Receptionist to join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment within the automotive sector. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, helping customers feel welcome and ensuring their questions and requests get to the right people.
You’ll join an established reception team and receive hands-on training and support as you get comfortable in the role. Whether you bring previous reception, call centre or customer service experience, you’ll have an opportunity to build valuable experience in a busy, professional setting.
What’s In It for You
• $20 per hour
• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone.
• You’ll manage a high volume of approximately 50 to 60 calls per day, answering questions and directing information to the appropriate team members.
• You’ll process customer payments and cash-out transactions accurately and professionally.
• You’ll arrange Uber transportation for customers and help coordinate day-to-day customer requests.
• You’ll enter numbers and other information into Microsoft Excel while maintaining accurate records.
• You’ll work closely with other reception team members and provide coverage across different areas when needed.
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in reception, customer service, call centre or another customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
• Comfortable managing high call volumes while balancing in-person requests and administrative tasks.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and confidence learning and navigating computer systems.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently in a busy environment.
• Experience handling cash, payments or point-of-sale systems is considered an asset.
• Previous automotive or luxury dealership experience is an asset, but not required.
