About the Opportunity
An established alternative investment management firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to its executive leadership team, with a primary focus on the CEO. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in keeping people, priorities and details moving seamlessly.
You’ll act as a trusted partner and ambassador for the CEO, building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and vendors globally. Your ability to anticipate needs, exercise discretion and navigate changing priorities will help the leadership team stay focused on the business.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage a complex executive calendar, coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, correspondence, presentations and meeting materials.
• You’ll coordinate complex international, multi-leg travel and adapt quickly when plans change.
• You’ll manage executive expenses, working closely with internal partners to track receipts, invoices and vendor payments.
• You’ll maintain confidential digital and physical records while ensuring information is organized and readily accessible.
• You’ll help plan and execute client and team events, including conferences and roadshows.
• You’ll support general office administration and provide backup coverage for administrative colleagues.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a CEO or senior executive.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience and professional development.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong calendar management, digital filing, meeting preparation, minute taking, travel planning and event coordination skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment and diplomacy.
• Highly organized, resourceful and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Knowledge of investment management or financing is considered an asset.
