About the Opportunity
This is a senior leadership opportunity within the ERP and Business Applications team of a growing global organization. You’ll own the strategy and roadmap for SAP Distribution & Transportation capabilities, helping scale the systems that support an expanding distribution network, including new distribution centres in Eastern North America and the UK.

Reporting to the Director of ERP, you’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and people leadership. This role needs someone who can understand complex logistics operations, speak confidently with technical teams, and bring people together to deliver scalable SAP solutions across distribution, transportation, and supply chain.

You’ll work with leaders across Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Omnichannel and Technology while leading teams and partners through complex, high-impact programs.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll define and own the Distribution & Transportation product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• You’ll lead SAP-enabled initiatives supporting global distribution networks, including new distribution centre capabilities.
• You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery across SAP S/4HANA, EWM, SD, MM, 3PL integrations, warehouse automation, and transportation solutions.
• You’ll translate logistics and business requirements into scalable technical solutions while aligning stakeholders on priorities, scope, and outcomes.
• You’ll lead and develop teams while managing relationships with vendors, implementation partners, technical specialists, and senior business stakeholders.
• You’ll drive continuous improvement across system performance, automation, adoption, testing, release readiness, and business value realization.

Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience across SAP ERP delivery, enterprise systems, logistics, distribution, or transportation, with significant experience leading complex initiatives.
• Strong hands-on functional expertise with SAP EWM and SD is essential, along with the ability to confidently navigate highly technical discussions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integrations involving 3PL systems and warehouse automation, with SAP MM, GTS, ShipERP, FMS or AFS experience considered valuable.
• A strong combination of business and technical expertise, with the ability to translate between operational needs and technology solutions.
• Proven people leadership experience, paired with strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of logistics, distribution, and transportation environments. Retail experience is an asset but is not required.
• Flexibility for international travel as business needs require.
