About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Engineer to help shape reliable, scalable data infrastructure that supports smarter decision-making across the organization. You’ll design and optimize the pipelines and architectures that make high-quality data accessible for analytics, reporting, and emerging machine learning initiatives.
Working alongside business analysts, software engineers, and other technical partners, you’ll combine hands-on development with thoughtful problem-solving. You’ll join a collaborative environment where strong technical practices, innovation, and continuous improvement are valued.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll develop, maintain, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• You’ll design data architectures that align technical solutions with evolving business requirements.
• You’ll leverage Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services to store, process, and analyze large-scale datasets.
• You’ll monitor and troubleshoot pipelines, improving data quality, accuracy, availability, and warehouse performance.
• You’ll automate data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• You’ll collaborate with technical and business teams on analytics, machine learning, and reporting initiatives.
• You’ll support data security, governance, compliance, and technical documentation standards.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of data engineering experience, with strong knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on T-SQL experience with Microsoft SQL Server and 5+ years working with ETL tools and frameworks, including Azure Data Factory.
• 2+ years of Python experience for data manipulation and automation.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and Azure SQL Database.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric, with Power BI knowledge considered an asset.
• Familiarity with Azure Stream Analytics, machine learning pipelines, model deployment workflows, and data governance tools is preferred.
• A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate or Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification is an asset.
