About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a large public sector environment as an I&IT Business Analyst, supporting enterprise-wide technology planning, performance reporting, resource management, and cost optimization. You’ll work closely with technology leaders, subject matter experts, Finance partners, and asset owners to turn complex operational information into meaningful insights and practical recommendations.
Your work will directly support better decision-making across I&IT, from tracking performance KPIs and resource utilization to identifying opportunities for operating cost savings. You’ll also help strengthen portfolio reporting practices, improve processes, and support the rollout of enterprise tools.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage stakeholder relationships and report on I&IT-wide performance KPIs.
• You’ll identify IT operating cost drivers, develop savings opportunities, align stakeholders, and track results with Finance.
• You’ll support resource utilization, overtime, hiring, and onboarding tracking across I&IT.
• You’ll gather, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional business requirements.
• You’ll develop Power BI reports, data analyses, performance measures, and traceability matrices.
• You’ll create process models, use cases, data flows, business rules, presentations, briefing materials, and change communications.
• You’ll support the implementation and ongoing use of enterprise portfolio management and reporting tools.
Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience supporting resource utilization tracking and management.
• 7+ years of stakeholder management and I&IT-wide KPI reporting experience.
• 7+ years of experience identifying IT operating cost drivers, savings levers, and tracking realized savings.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing use cases in enterprise portfolio management tools such as Asana or JIRA.
• 7+ years of advanced Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• 5+ years of Power BI experience, including report development and data analysis.
• 5+ years of Power Automate experience, combined with strong requirements gathering, process mapping, business case development, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and communication skills.
