About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced receptionist who enjoys being the welcoming face of a busy workplace? This short-term opportunity is with a fast-paced merchandising organization, where you’ll provide essential front-desk coverage and help create a professional, organized experience for employees and visitors.
Working on-site Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you’ll support an office of more than 200 employees. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in excellent service, stays composed in a busy environment, and notices the small details that keep an office running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide friendly, professional reception coverage and respond to calls using the phone app and Microsoft Teams.
• You’ll maintain shared mail logs and process incoming and outgoing mail items each day.
• You’ll coordinate shipments through FedEx, registered mail, and Canada Post.
• You’ll track mail and shipment activity using Excel and shared drives.
• You’ll use Outlook, Word, and Teams to support day-to-day scheduling and communication.
• You’ll help maintain a polished reception and office environment, including keeping shared areas tidy and presentation-ready.
Skills and Qualifications
• Previous reception, customer service, or high-volume administrative experience in a professional office environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Experience coordinating FedEx shipments, processing mail, and using Pitney Bowes equipment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive, professional approach with the ability to thrive in a busy workplace.
