About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a busy healthcare organization for a three-month contract. You’ll step into an established recruitment function, supporting a variety of portfolios and helping hiring teams maintain momentum during a temporary team leave.
Working alongside two experienced recruiters, you’ll manage recruitment activities from posting through interview coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can quickly learn new portfolios, confidently partner with hiring managers, and keep multiple recruitment processes moving in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll have established processes, an ATS, and experienced team members to support your transition, while still having the autonomy to take ownership of your requisitions.
Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage assigned requisitions through the ATS, ensuring job details are accurate and complete.
• You’ll create and manage postings across the organization’s ATS, Indeed, and specialty job boards.
• You’ll conduct candidate phone screens and interviews, assessing qualifications and fit for a variety of positions.
• You’ll coordinate interview panels and scheduling while maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• You’ll prepare draft interview guides and other recruitment documentation to support consistent selection processes.
• You’ll manage changing recruitment portfolios and priorities, quickly learning the requirements of different positions.
• You’ll partner with hiring managers and the recruitment team to keep searches moving efficiently and provide a positive candidate experience.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally managing multiple requisitions and hiring portfolios.
• Experience working within healthcare or recruiting healthcare professionals is considered a strong asset.
• Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, candidate screening, interviewing, and interview coordination.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Teams, with the ability to quickly learn new recruitment systems and technology.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt as priorities and portfolios change.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a professional, collaborative approach.
• Demonstrated ability to step into an established recruitment environment, learn quickly, and work independently with minimal ramp-up time.
