About the Opportunity
Are you a senior digital transformation professional who knows how to turn technology into practical, sustainable ways of working? This is an opportunity to help a large Canadian post-secondary institution design and operationalize a new Digital Enablement capability, improving how teams automate processes, govern technology and adopt Microsoft digital tools.
Working across business and technical groups, you’ll provide both strategic leadership and hands-on guidance. You’ll help establish the frameworks, standards and practices that empower teams to innovate while keeping solutions secure, scalable and well governed.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll develop the Digital Enablement strategy, roadmap and operating model.
• You’ll establish governance, intake and prioritization processes, service offerings and a Community of Practice.
• You’ll create Microsoft 365 automation standards, reference architectures and citizen developer frameworks.
• You’ll develop governance and guardrails for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents and other AI-enabled technologies.
• You’ll lead workshops and collaborate with senior executives, technical teams and business stakeholders.
• You’ll create training, adoption and knowledge-transfer approaches that support sustainable self-service innovation.
• You’ll assess digital maturity and develop a transition plan for the permanent Digital Enablement team.
Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience leading digital transformation or business process modernization in complex organizations.
• 5–10 years of experience with enterprise automation, value realization and establishing or maturing Digital Enablement, Low-Code, Innovation or Centre of Excellence practices.
• 5+ years of experience designing governance frameworks for digital solutions, citizen development, automation and AI-enabled technologies.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft’s digital ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents.
• Experience developing enterprise standards, reference architectures, guardrails, communities of practice, training and adoption strategies.
• Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant field, or relevant BA/PM certification such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP or PRINCE2.
• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified Copilot for Microsoft 365, or equivalent certification, along with strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
