About the Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Global Brand Operations for an exciting opportunity with a leading international retail and e-commerce organization. This role sits at the intersection of seasonal campaign operations, resource management, and operational leadership, helping creative and marketing teams deliver exceptional work at a global scale.

You’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of key brand priorities while developing a high-performing creative services team. Working closely with Creative, Brand, Strategy, and cross-functional leaders, you’ll bring structure to complex initiatives, anticipate resource needs, and continuously improve how global creative work gets done.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead and develop a global creative services team, overseeing workload, team structure, hiring, and resource planning.
• You’ll own end-to-end global campaign operations, including timelines, project allocation, resourcing, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.
• You’ll lead portfolio and capacity planning, forecasting resource needs and recommending trade-offs when priorities compete.
• You’ll develop and improve creative workflows, calendars, project plans, methodologies, templates, tools, and standard operating procedures.
• You’ll partner with Creative, Brand, Strategy, and Project Management teams to deliver work on time, within scope and budget.
• You’ll oversee project governance, agency and vendor relationships, RFPs, purchase orders, invoices, and related financial administration.
• You’ll champion change management and continuous improvement across global Brand and Creative Operations.

Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of creative services management experience, ideally within international retail/e-commerce, apparel/footwear, creative agency, or production environments.
• 4+ years of experience leading a project team or studio of 8+ people.
• Postsecondary education in Design Operations, Agency/Studio Operations, or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, creative production, and Monday.com or a similar platform.
• Knowledge of graphic design, photography, video, and/or digital communications production.
• Strong workflow, capacity planning, scheduling, analytical problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority, manage competing deadlines, and translate creative ideas into executable timelines.
