About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping senior leaders organized and prepared? This 12–14 month contract opportunity is with a well-established organization in downtown Toronto that values collaboration, trust, and a people-first approach.
You’ll primarily support the CFO, while also providing additional support to two VPs. With calendar management at the heart of the role, you’ll be a trusted partner who anticipates needs, navigates competing priorities, and helps senior leaders stay focused on what matters most.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide dedicated executive support to the CFO, managing a complex and evolving calendar and helping prioritize competing demands.
• You’ll provide additional administrative and scheduling support to two VPs, balancing priorities across three senior leaders.
• You’ll coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and keep important follow-ups and action items on track.
• You’ll anticipate scheduling needs and ensure leaders are prepared and informed for upcoming meetings and commitments.
• You’ll coordinate complex global travel arrangements, including international itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and related logistics for senior leaders.
• You’ll manage expenses and assist with presentations and other administrative priorities that help the leadership team stay focused and effective.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5–7 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative capacity.
• Proven ability to support C-suite and senior executive stakeholders while confidently managing competing priorities.
• Exceptional calendar management, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills, paired with a professional and personable approach.
• A high level of discretion, reliability, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
• Completed post-secondary education is considered an asset.
