About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pricing and finance professional to step into a high-impact role supporting pricing decisions across both B2B and B2C portfolios. Working within a large, complex organization, you’ll turn financial and commercial data into clear recommendations that help leaders balance revenue growth, customer impact, competitiveness, and profitability.
You’ll partner closely with Finance, Commercial, business teams, and senior leadership, bringing structure and insight to important pricing decisions. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys digging into complex data, influencing stakeholders, and translating analysis into a compelling business story.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate pricing changes and their impact on revenue, volume, retention, mix, and margin.
• You’ll analyze customer, product, contract, channel, and segment profitability to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
• You’ll partner with Finance, Commercial, and business stakeholders to develop fact-based pricing recommendations and business cases.
• You’ll lead pricing steering committee meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, presentations, facilitation, decisions, and action tracking.
• You’ll translate complex financial and commercial analysis into concise, executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
• You’ll evaluate approved pricing initiatives against assumptions and track revenue, volume, retention, and margin performance.
• You’ll develop reusable pricing models, templates, reporting tools, and documentation to support effective knowledge transfer.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, pricing analytics, commercial finance, or a related analytical role.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. CPA, MBA, or another relevant designation is an asset.
• Strong financial modelling and scenario analysis skills, including price, volume, revenue, customer retention, and margin impacts.
• Demonstrated experience developing pricing recommendations, commercial business cases, and executive-level presentations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, with Power BI experience considered an asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration, organization, and written and verbal executive communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority and manage competing priorities.
