Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead complex inspections of regulated entities and conduct follow-up inspections when required.
• You’ll gather, assess, and analyze evidence using established inspection protocols and procedures.
• You’ll conduct interviews and detailed discussions with regulated entities to evaluate compliance and identify potential issues.
• You’ll collaborate with internal subject matter experts and legal counsel on regulatory policy, guidance, compliance matters, and enforcement activities.
• You’ll apply risk-based methodologies and tools to assess and prioritize compliance issues.
• You’ll serve as a subject matter expert in compliance discussions and may act as a witness during regulatory hearings.
• You’ll prepare comprehensive reports that clearly document inspection findings, outcomes, and supporting evidence.
Skills and Qualifications
• 8 years of progressive experience, including 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in inspection, compliance, audit, or advisory services.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience conducting audits or inspections within a regulatory environment.
• Strong knowledge of evidence collection, analysis, risk-based assessment, and compliance practices.
• Excellent interviewing, analytical, report-writing, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
