Your Responsibilities
• You’ll plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial construction projects within established budgets, timelines, and scopes
• You’ll interpret construction drawings, specifications, methodologies, and project requirements to support successful delivery
• You’ll develop schedules and coordinate teams, resources, and project activities
• You’ll monitor project deliverables and proactively identify issues that could impact scope, schedule, quality, or budget

• You’ll coach and support project team members, providing direction and following up on assigned responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
• Proven construction project management experience, ideally within commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, relevant building codes, standards, and health and safety requirements
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with construction and project management software, along with Microsoft Office
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong planning and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing project priorities
• A collaborative mindset and desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the broader team
