Your Responsibilities
• You’ll design, develop, and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic capabilities.
• You’ll build and enhance experiences across Service Cloud, Customer 360, case management, claims, enrollment, and contact centre workflows.
• You’ll develop APIs and integrations connecting Salesforce with enterprise platforms and third-party applications.
• You’ll translate business requirements into technical designs in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• You’ll support testing, deployments, defect resolution, production support, and successful sprint delivery.
• You’ll contribute to technical design reviews, development standards, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
