Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide responsive, customer-focused technical support to end users across multiple business divisions.
• You’ll troubleshoot and support Windows PCs, Macs, laptops, and mobile devices, while assisting the Service Desk with intake calls and ticket resolution.
• You’ll collaborate with peers and site leads, cross-training and providing backup support when needed.
• You’ll proactively communicate with leadership, manage expectations, and contribute to site-level operational readiness.
• You’ll facilitate virtual and in-person technical education sessions for groups of approximately 5 to 10 people.
• You’ll identify process and skill gaps, recommend improvements, and actively pursue professional development.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of remote administration and end-user support experience
• 3+ years of experience with Windows 10 or newer and ITSM or ticketing tools such as Zendesk, HPSM, or ServiceNow.
• 1+ years of experience with macOS and Google Workspace applications, with experience supporting 100+ Mac users considered an asset.
• Experience with Active Directory, JAMF Casper Suite or SCCM, virtualization technologies such as VMware Fusion or ESX, and Mac productivity tools is preferred.
• Experience with image deployment, software and system testing, encryption and security tools such as McAfee, and change, incident, and problem management processes is an asset.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, relevant military experience, Apple certifications, ITIL Foundation, Lean Six Sigma, or PDCA methodology is considered an asset.
