Job Description

Altis is excited to be growing its Federal Government Staffing Division and are seeking a relationship-driven Recruitment Partner to join our team. As a Recruitment Partner, you'll play an important role in helping our clients build high-performing teams across the Federal Government. You'll build meaningful relationships with candidates while identifying professionals whose experience, skills and career goals align with complex client requirements.

About the Opportunity

Success in this role is about more than finding great talent. It's about understanding each client's needs, carefully assessing every requirement and connecting the right candidate to the right opportunity. Like putting together a puzzle, you'll look beyond a résumé to determine how a candidate's experience fits each piece of a client's request.

You will thrive on complex recruitment challenges, including uncovering candidates’ relevant experience, achievements, and technical capabilities. Using these insights to develop strong, highly competitive bid submissions in collaboration with team members.

Working closely with your team, you'll contribute to competitive bid submissions by identifying and presenting qualified candidates who meet mandatory and rated requirements. Along the way, you'll provide an exceptional candidate experience built on trust, transparency and thoughtful guidance.

If you enjoy building relationships, solving complex challenges and delivering results that make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What’s In It for You

You’ll join a people-first organization that believes in flexibility, learning, and career growth. This is a workplace that values mentorship, open collaboration, and celebrating individual contributions.

You can expect competitive compensation and benefits, flexibility, and clear career pathing opportunities supported by ongoing coaching and access to experienced leaders who want to see you succeed.
