We’re seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst specializing in Sales and Distribution to join an established organization undergoing meaningful business and technology transformation. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure SAP SD solutions across order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements across the Order to Cash lifecycle.
• You’ll ensure seamless integration between SAP SD, MM, FICO, PP, external integrations such as IDocs, and non-SAP systems.
• You’ll develop functional designs, configuration documentation, test plans, test cases, and process documentation.
• You’ll lead unit, integration, and UAT activities, troubleshooting defects and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
• You’ll provide ongoing SAP SD functional support and partner with technical teams to resolve integration and performance issues.
• You’ll identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of SAP SD experience, including implementation and support, with 3+ years as an SAP Functional Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent related experience.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Sales, SD configuration, and Order to Cash expertise.
• Proficiency integrating SAP SD with MM, FICO, PP, and external systems, including IDocs and MuleSoft or similar middleware.
• Experience working with Agile project and product methodologies.
• SAP Certified, SAP S/4HANA Sales certification is preferred.
• CSCP or CLTD professional certification is considered an asset.
