About the Opportunity
Join a growing financial planning practice where you’ll play an important behind-the-scenes role in delivering a thoughtful, organized client experience. Supporting an established Financial Advisor, you’ll help manage the full lifecycle of client meetings, from scheduling and preparation through documentation, transaction processing and follow-up.

This is a detail-focused role that blends administrative and forms-based work with direct client service. You’ll work with sensitive financial information, build familiarity with clients over time and help ensure every interaction and transaction is handled accurately and professionally.

What’s In It for You
You’ll join a growing practice that values accuracy, collaboration and strong client relationships. The role offers a salary of up to $60,000, three weeks of vacation, sick days and health and dental benefits following a three-month probationary period. You’ll also receive hands-on training, with significant work-from-home flexibility available once you’re fully comfortable in the role.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll coordinate client meetings, appointments and follow-up activities.
• You’ll prepare paperwork, research, meeting materials and client documentation.
• You’ll process account forms and transactions, including registered accounts such as TFSAs, with training provided.
• You’ll maintain accurate client records and help keep workflows and deadlines on track.
• You’ll communicate professionally with clients, responding to questions and handling concerns with care.
• You’ll support the Financial Advisor with financial planning administration and day-to-day practice operations.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally including 2+ years in a professional services environment.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Friendly, professional communication skills and comfort handling sensitive client information.
• Experience supporting a Financial Advisor or working in financial planning or wealth management is a strong asset, but banking experience is not required.
• Familiarity with investment accounts and financial planning concepts is an asset.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.
• QAFP®, LLQP, CSC, IFIC or similar industry education is an asset, but licensing is not required.

Note from the Hiring Manager
“We’re looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys being the person behind the scenes who keeps everything moving. If you’re organized, approachable and eager to learn, there’s a great opportunity to grow with the practice.”
