About the Opportunity
Are you a proactive administrative professional who takes pride in creating an organized, welcoming workplace? This is an opportunity to become a key point of connection in a professional corporate office of approximately 50 employees, combining front desk ownership with broad office administration responsibilities.

What’s In It for You
You’ll join a people-focused workplace where initiative, professionalism, and fresh ideas are valued. You’ll have broad exposure to office operations, a consistent seven-hour workday, generally from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and the potential to transition into a longterm role. Occasional early meetings may require a 7:30 a.m. start, while maintaining the seven-hour workday.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll own front desk coverage, welcoming visitors and creating a polished, positive first impression.
• You’ll coordinate vendors, office supplies, catering, meeting rooms, and other day-to-day workplace needs.
• You’ll support expense processing and general administrative activities that keep the office running smoothly.
• You’ll support and chair committees, helping coordinate discussions and follow-up activities.
• You’ll attend meetings, capture clear notes, and distribute action items and follow-ups.
• You’ll proactively identify opportunities to improve office processes and bring forward practical solutions.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of office administration, reception, front desk, or related administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs.
• Polished, professional communication skills and confidence interacting with employees, visitors, and vendors.
