You’ll work 3 eight-hour days per week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with some flexibility around days and start times. The office is closed September 30.

• You’ll manage the Executive Project Director’s calendar, assessing priorities and adjusting meetings as needs change.
• You’ll coordinate meetings and support shared calendars, helping ensure scheduling and logistics stay organized.
• You’ll provide an in-person point of contact for visitors and support day-to-day office access needs.
• You’ll coordinate office supply orders and assist with other shared administrative requirements.
• You’ll use Microsoft Teams to support approvals, project trackers and team coordination.
• You’ll identify urgent requests, use sound judgment and connect team members with the right support.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience, ideally in a fast-paced or project environment.
• Strong calendar management experience with a proactive approach to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
