About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced JIRA Reporting Manager to join a fast-paced professional services environment supporting a high-profile program. You’ll turn complex project and business information into clear, actionable reporting that helps leaders understand performance, risks, priorities, and progress.
Working closely with program delivery leads, business partners, and stakeholders at various levels, you’ll be the go-to resource for JIRA reporting and dashboards. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys digging into data, building practical reporting solutions, and bringing structure and visibility to complex initiatives.
What’s In It for You
You’ll have the opportunity to work on a visible program where your reporting and insights will directly support governance and decision-making. You’ll collaborate with experienced stakeholders while gaining exposure to complex project delivery, reporting practices, and a professional environment that values quality, accountability, and collaboration.
Your Responsibilities
• You’ll develop detailed JQL queries to produce customized JIRA reports and dashboards.
• You’ll manage the intake and backlog of dashboard and reporting requests, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• You’ll build custom Confluence pages, reports, and dashboards leveraging JIRA data sources.
• You’ll prepare ad hoc status reports and respond to project performance inquiries.
• You’ll support program delivery leadership by preparing accurate data and reporting for governance forums.
• You’ll apply project management knowledge to reporting across multiple projects, including risks, issues, schedules, and performance.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a JIRA reporting-focused role, with hands-on responsibility for reporting and dashboards.
• Strong JQL coding and JIRA querying skills, including building custom reports and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Confluence pages using JIRA data sources.
• Project management or project analyst experience, including multi-project planning and understanding risks and issues.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently and meet deadlines.
• Financial services experience and PMP or JIRA certification are considered assets.
