Join a highly collaborative, values-driven workplace where employee well-being and meaningful work are genuinely valued. You’ll gain broad exposure across the HR function, contribute to impactful People & Culture initiatives, and continue developing your HR expertise in a supportive team environment.
Your Responsibilities
• You’ll coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including pre-employment background checks and related documentation.

• You’ll maintain accurate employee records, benefits information, HR documentation, and tracking systems within BambooHR.
• You’ll administer benefits enrolments, changes, and terminations while liaising with insurance providers and supporting new employee benefits orientations.
• You’ll prepare employment contracts, HR communications, and other confidential People & Culture documentation.
• You’ll support employees with HR policies, procedures, systems, and employment-related questions, escalating complex matters when appropriate.
• You’ll coordinate employee events, training, recognition initiatives, health and safety activities, and other People & Culture projects.

• CHRP designation or progress toward completion is considered a strong asset.
• Experience using BambooHR or another HRIS, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, client service, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support employees with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
